We designed our policies so students can make a wealth of progress in their guitar learning. These standards help to keep you on track, build confidence, and allow you to receive the best lesson experience.

1. Lesson Rearrangement and Cancellations

  • Missed lessons cannot be carried forward, and no refunds are provided for missed classes.


  • If you cannot attend a session, you may have the option for a make-up lesson if available.Β 


  • You can access the weekly timetable in your student portal to reschedule a session.
  • Students can put their lessons on hold with a notice of 14 days. Upon returning, a new time slot needs to be booked.


  • Β Upon the return of students who have been away for a duration exceeding four weeks, it is necessary to arrange a new lesson day/time.Β 


  • The waiting list can be utilised if no available time slots are present. However, you must pay accordingly to retain your current time slot.


  • For complete lesson cancellation, 14 days notice is required. Failure to provide notice will result in automatic charges for the missed classes.

2. Lesson Payments

2025 Schedule

Our payment schedule consists of an initial 5-week Introductory Program, which requires a one-time payment. After that, payments are made through a monthly subscription. The subscription fee covers four weeks per month, with some months having five weeks. There are no additional charges for the months with five lessons, as this accounts for teacher holidays throughout the year. Our classes are scheduled on a weekly basis, with the exception of the teacher's holiday periods. However, our the school remains open during school holidays, ensuring that your learning experience continues uninterrupted.

3. Media and privacy

Selected photos are shared on our Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram platforms. Please inform us if you do not want your image or your children's image used online.

Occasionally, we may take photos, videos, or audio recordings of students playing. These media files serve as a way to track progress and can be obtained directly from your teacher.
